Return and Exchange Policy

We will happily accept returns or exchanges of any unopened and unexpired products within 7 days from the purchase date.

Returns of items will need to be brought to one of our shops since pick-up will not be available. A credit note will be issued for the item returned. Any delivery charges will not be refunded.

Please send us an e-mail on info@petland.com.mt advising us of any returns together with a reason and a copy of the fiscal receipt issued. Acceptance of returns is at the sole discretion of Petland.
